FPO Marketing, a San Antonio-based marketing and advertising agency, seeks a Video Editor/DP with 3–5 years in advertising or content creation to join our digital team. You will plan, shoot, and deliver engaging content across social platforms, collaborating with strategists, designers, writers, and creative directors.

Portfolio is required with your application. You must be bilingual in English and Spanish, authorized to work in the U.S., and based in San Antonio to work from our office.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in advertising, video production, content creation, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Based in San Antonio and able to work from our office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media and branded content.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment with a strong grasp of technical and creative aspects.
• Assist in storyboarding, shot lists, and pre-production planning for shoots.
• Edit video content for multiple formats and platforms.
• Design and animate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and visual effects that elevate storytelling.
• Ensure content is optimized for digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Perform color grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and polish across deliverables.
• Participate in brainstorms and concepting meetings, contributing ideas from a visual and storytelling perspective.
• Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Stay current on trends in video, animation, and digital culture, applying fresh techniques to projects.
• Bring passion to every project and stay plugged into the latest industry trends.

FPO Marketing, a San Antonio-based marketing and advertising agency, is looking for a talented Video Editor/DP to join our growing digital team. We're seeking someone with three to five years of experience in advertising, content creation, or a related field who is passionate about creating engaging, culturally relevant work.

At FPO, you'll work with leading regional, national, and international brands, collaborating with strategists, designers, writers, and creative directors to develop, produce, and deliver compelling content across digital and social media platforms. We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to create content that performs across channels.

Portfolio required. Applicants must include a link to their portfolio with their application. Candidates who do not submit a portfolio will not be considered.

• Passionate about video production, social media, content creation, and advertising
• Proficiencies in Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
• In tune with Latino culture
• Up to date on AI technology for creative
