Reports To: Director of Treatment Programs
The Victim Advocate will provide comprehensive case management, advocacy, and supportive services to individuals affected by domestic violence. Working under the supervision of the Director of Treatment Programs is vital to ensure victims receive the resources and guidance they need to move toward safety and stability.

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
This is a Full-Time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 35.7 hours per week, may include evenings and weekends. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with business needs.
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with individuals and families impacted by domestic violence; bilingual in English and Spanish.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and possesses intermediate general computer skills; able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms with English and Spanish-speaking customers.
