Job summary

Allied Universal in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol with Spanish communication to monitor and protect client sites. You will provide customer service, deter incidents, and respond to alarms while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
