Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Spanish Speaking Patrol in Santa Teresa, NM to monitor and safeguard clients at an automotive location. You will provide customer service, enforce site procedures, and maintain a visible, welcoming security presence.

Responsibilities include conducting unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, parking areas and perimeter, monitoring access, responding calmly to incidents, and reporting issues to site leadership as part of Allied Universal’s

Qualifications

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, perimeter, and designated access points to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery information as required.
• Report unusual conditions, property damage, access-control concerns, and other security-related observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
