Responsibilities

Maintains accurate and current electronic health records (EHR) of patient interactions.
Perform intake including diagnostic assessments for new patients.
Diagnose psychological, behavioral, and emotional disorders and develop treatment plans.
Support individuals and families through traumatic experiences in a collaborative way.
Help patients identify coping mechanisms and formulate daily strategies.
Manage caseload and develop appropriate treatment services.
Assist patients in finding resources such as housing, financial aid, and other benefits.
