Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related counseling program.
• Telehealth certification/training.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Must have a supervisor unless fully licensed as independent therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and current electronic health records (EHR) of patient interactions.
• Perform intake including diagnostic assessments for new patients.
• Diagnose psychological, behavioral, and emotional disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Help individuals and families navigate traumatic experiences with empathy and collaboration.
• Help patients identify coping mechanisms and formulate daily management strategies.
• Manage caseload and develop appropriate treatment services for each individual.
• Assist patients in finding resources such as housing, financial assistance, and other benefits.
