Innovative Integrated Health hires a Translator and Interpreter Specialist to help communicate the needs of participants to staff. The role requires translating between English and the working language for patient paperwork and communications.

You will work under the Scheduling Manager, provide exceptional service on site, and participate in meetings while staying flexible with hours and locations. A GED or high school diploma is required.

• Must possess GED or high school diploma.
• Translate, read, and write language hired for.
• Ability to translate documents, handouts, and medical instructions.

• Complete New Patient Paperwork with Innovative Integrated Health for Seniors enrollees.
• Maintain excellent customer service skills.
• Use proper phone etiquette.
• Maintain professionalism while on the PACE Floor, PACE Clinic, and on Home Visits.
• Alert staff of any problems, complaints, or issues immediately.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, in-services, projects, and committees as assigned.
• Be flexible in schedule of hours worked.
