Shyft6 in Fall River, MA is seeking a Training & Development Prep Instructor to lead onboarding and hands-on training in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role partners with Operations and Safety leadership to foster safety awareness, improve performance, and drive operational excellence. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and able to coach employees effectively in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA safety training or background is a plus.
• Experience in training and safety programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for departmental new hires, overseeing onboarding and role-specific training.
• Deliver hands-on training, coaching, and reinforcement practices to improve safety, efficiency, and performance.
• Collaborate with Operations to support Training & Development and Safety programs aligned with company goals.
• Conduct safety inspections, observations, and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide ongoing feedback to leadership regarding progress, training effectiveness and performance.
• Maintain a coaching mindset to support employee growth and foster a positive work environment.
• Identify safety concerns and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.
