Job summary

Hanna Andersson is seeking a hands-on Training & Development Lead for our Distribution Center. The role drives onboarding, ongoing development, and scalable training programs across all shifts in a fast-paced DC environment.

You will partner with Operations and IT to enable a successful WMS implementation, build practical training plans, and ensure consistency and quality across teams. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to read, write, and speak clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in training, learning and development, or operations training.
• Experience leading training in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing training across the Distribution Center.
• Facilitate hands-on training and train-the-trainer sessions in English and Spanish.
• Support WMS rollout readiness with clear training plans and materials.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training documentation.
• Track trainee progress, KPIs, and training effectiveness.
