Job summary

CEVA Logistics, a global leader in contract logistics and transport, seeks a Training and Development Coordinator to oversee training programs at an assigned field location. You will coordinate, deliver and monitor training, manage records, and ensure compliance with ISO guidelines and regulations.

The role requires two to three years in Training and Organizational Development, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work with diverse teams. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Able to write reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, deliver and monitor training for a field location.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report results to Corporate Training and Development.
• Create and audit training records; manage the LMS and training repository.
• Update training materials as directed.
• Coordinate training events including travel; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain a positive, consistent corporate image in training efforts.
• Participate in training programs to stay current.
