Qualifications

• CA Multiple Subject Teaching Credential required.
• BCLAD Certification (Spanish) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Child Development or 24 college units in Child Development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in grade-level teams to meet school goals and support teaching and learning.
• Create engaging, standards-aligned curriculum and lessons to grow student achievement.
• Differentiate and scaffold instruction for all students.
• Regularly assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborative meetings.
• Communicate with students, families and staff to encourage student progress.
• Maintain clear documentation of student achievement and progress.
• Foster a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.
• Support the school's mission, vision, and policies.
