Job summary

Bickel Dual Immersion Magnet Elementary School in Idaho is seeking a dedicated Title I Paraprofessional to support diverse learners. The role involves assisting teachers with instructional materials, providing targeted student support, and helping manage the classroom environment.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual (Spanish/English), hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have some college coursework or ParaPro assessment completed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required and essential for daily interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of college, AA degree, or ParaPro assessment completed.
• Experience with children in educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers by delivering instructional materials and lessons.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
• Monitor student progress and share feedback with teachers.
• Support classroom management and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement IEPs and accommodations.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials and activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising teacher or administrator.
