A2Z Workforce Solutions in Phoenix is hiring bilingual lumpers for a large tire warehouse. This full-time, day-shift role pays $20.50 per hour with mandatory overtime. You will load and unload tires, perform order picking, and maintain safety and punctuality during long shifts.

Shift times are Monday-Friday 5:30 am-Finish and Saturday 5:00 am-Finish. Eligible candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, authorized to work in the USA, and able to lift up to 80 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must pass a background check (not felon friendly)
• Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
• Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
• Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
• Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
• Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
• Must be bilingual

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires manually
• Unload 1,000 tires daily, within a certain time frame
• Order picking / order selecting
• Attendance and punctuality are vital
• Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 80 pounds
• Work on feet for extended periods of time
