Job summary

A2Z Staffs is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Union City, CA. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position.

In this role, you will load/unload tires manually, perform order picking, and contribute to safety culture. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work on your feet is required; overtime is mandatory when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check (Criminal Wide Screen National - 7yr, Misdemeanor Wide Screen National - 5 yr)
• Must pass a 10 panel drug screen (THC included in drug screen)
• Must pass E-verify
• Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
• Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
• Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
• Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
• Must be bilingual
• Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time

Shift / Schedule: Monday - Friday some Saturdays, 5am - until finished (OT is mandatory)
