Job summary

A2Z Staffs is seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large tire warehouse. This is a physical, full-time position with mandatory overtime, where punctuality and reliability are essential.

Location details show Santa Clarita, CA, with a 4am start on weekdays, and shifts may include some Saturdays. You will load/unload tires, perform order picking, and contribute to safety and efficiency daily.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to communicate effectively.
• Experience with manual loading/unloading of tires or similar heavy items is a plus.
• Familiarity with order picking and inventory routines is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires manually.
• Unload 1,000 tires daily within a set time frame.
• Perform order picking / order selecting tasks.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Contribute to a safe work culture and follow all policies.
• Able to repetitively lift up to 80 pounds.
• Stand for long periods and work on feet throughout shifts.

A2Z Staffs is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Fresno. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position.

Pay Rate: Day Shift: $20.50 per hour

Shift / Schedule: Monday - Friday some Saturdays, 4am - until finished (OT is mandatory)

In this role, you will:

• Load and unload tires manually
• Unload 1,000 tires manually daily, within a certain time frame
• Order picking / order selecting
• Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
• Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
• Ability to repetitively lift- up to 80 pounds
• Work on feet for extended periods of time

Requirements

• Must pass background check (Criminal Wide Screen National - 7yr, Misdemeanor Wide Screen National - 5 yr)
• Must pass a 10 panel drug screen (THC is included in drug screen)
• Must pass E-verify
• Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
• Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
• Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
• Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
• Must be bilingual
• Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time
