RCMA Mulberry Community Academy in Mulberry, FL is seeking a dedicated Third Grade Spanish Teacher to lead bilingual instruction for our K-4 dual language program. This on-site role requires engaging lessons, strong classroom management, and collaboration with grade-level colleagues.

Applicants must hold a Florida teaching certificate for elementary education (K-6), be fluent in English and Spanish, and demonstrate a commitment to high academic achievement in a small, family-oriented school

Qualifications

• Two or more years of elementary teaching experience preferred.
• Valid FL Teaching Certificate or eligibility (Elementary Education K-6).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• ESOL Endorsement preferred, Reading Endorsement preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Safeguards the health and safety of all students.
• Assists students to achieve academically across core subjects.
• Establishes classroom routines and communicates progress to parents.
• Collaborates with grade-level partner to develop curricula and teaching strategies.
