Job summary

Rite Path Behavioral Health in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Spanish-speaking 1099 Independent Contractor Therapist to join our private practice model with the support of an established behavioral health organization.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to English- and Spanish-speaking clients, maintain compliant documentation, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team while building your caseload at Queen Creek and Tempe locations.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking ability is required.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT, or be a Master's-level therapist eligible to provide services.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Ability to provide services at Queen Creek and/or Tempe locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed practices.
• Provide behavioral health services to English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality client care.
• Manage your caseload while meeting agreed-upon productivity expectations.
