Job summary

Rite Path Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed or license-eligible mental health professional to provide individual, family, and group therapy at our Tempe, Arizona locations. Spanish-speaking ability is required, and you will work as a 1099 Independent Contractor with flexible scheduling and referrals.

You will maintain compliant documentation, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and manage your caseload to meet productivity expectations while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional in Arizona.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
