CMHA is seeking to hire a Therapist Assistant for our Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) department. This position will be located at 233 Main St., New Britain, CT 06051, with working hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
The salary starts at $20.00 per hour. Compensation is based on experience, education, skills, and internal pay equity, considering benefits and paid time off to offer a competitive package.
The Therapist Assistant/Recovery Specialist plays a key role in the MDFT treatment team, providing services to youth/young adults and parents with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders in various settings including home, office, and community.
