Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in North Carolina's Salisbury area is hiring for Branch Banking—an in-person role focused on helping customers with accounts, sales, and daily bank operations.

You will open accounts, process transactions, balance cash, and deliver the Woodforest Experience through friendly, bilingual service.

Candidates with 3+ years of sales/customer service, or an associate/Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employing problem solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with Woodforest Experience training.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience
