Job summary

You will drive individual sales by identifying opportunities, process transactions, open and maintain accounts, and support branch operations including vault balancing and ATM maintenance.

Fluency in English and Spanish, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach are required for this full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• An Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous instore banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
