Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in North Carolina—Cherryville is seeking a Branch Banking professional to drive individual sales and provide exceptional customer service. You will process transactions, open and maintain accounts, and perform branch servicing tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes in-store banking familiarity, a positive, engaging attitude, and the ability to address customer inquiries with Woodforest’s service standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;
