• Balance cash drawer and handle night deposits with accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Educate customers on TD products and services; refer to partners.
• Train and mentor new tellers; assist supervisors as directed.
• Adhere to BSA/Patriot Act and protect customer information.
