Full-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Aurora, CO (weekend hours required)

As a Front Line Associate (FLA), you will be responsible for maintaining guest services and providing valuable customer service. Schedules may include weekends and holidays.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive customer experience in line with company standards.
  2. Process money transfer transactions and efficiently manage cash register operations.
  3. Uphold loss prevention protocols, strictly adhering to company policies and store standards.
  4. Handle money transfer procedures and related services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  5. Manage company funds, ensuring precise reconciliation with daily receipts and records.
  6. Implement strong security measures to safeguard company funds and maintain financial integrity.
  7. Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  8. Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.
Role Requirements
  1. Prior experience in customer service.
  2. Prior experience handling financial transactions.
  3. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages required.
  4. Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.

Salary

The hourly rate is $18.50, with potential increases of $0.25 after 30 and 90 days.

Schedule

Standard hours are Sunday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM MT. The role involves working 40 hours weekly, with flexible days within business hours.
