Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in California
• Remote work readiness
• Training in trauma modalities such as TF-CBT/EMDR/Narrative Therapy/IFS etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Deliver services in individual and group therapy settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and activities.
• Conduct crisis intervention as needed and follow safety plans.
• Participate in case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Engage in supervision and ongoing education to maintain competency.
• Provide case management to support recovery and reintegration.
