Job summary

Ascend Healthcare is seeking a bilingual licensed therapist or counselor to provide remote counseling to patients via telemedicine. Must hold an active Florida license or be willing to obtain one, and be fluent in English and Spanish.

The position offers a fully remote setup with flexible schedules and a starting salary of $80,000–$90,000 plus a monthly bonus program. Work in a remote-first environment with a strong focus on evidence-based modalities, collaboration with health center partners,

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care modalities of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, etc.).
• Implement treatment in individual and group settings with engagement in treatment plans.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, consents, and clinical notes timely and accurately.
• Conduct crisis intervention and participate in case planning with the multidisciplinary team.
