Job summary

Sanha International in San Jose, CA is seeking a Product Engineer (TPM_Bilingual Mandarin and English) for an on-site Full-time role. This position focuses on developing thermal management and HVAC components for EV, PHEV, and AV applications, working with global R&D, manufacturing, and testing teams to deliver high-quality products.

The TPM will interact with OEM/Tier 1 customers, support product launches, and coordinate cross-functional engineering activities including CAD modeling,

Qualifications

• Must speak Mandarin; 0–3 years in thermal management for EV/PHEV/AV.
• Hands-on experience with refrigerant and coolant heat exchangers, sensors, valves, and pumps.
• Knowledge of automotive thermal systems, injection molding, brazed/welded/cast components, high-voltage products.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical interface for OEM and Tier 1 customers.
• Lead engineering activities, concept design, compliance matrices, and RFQ reports.
• Coordinate CAD models, drawings, and CFD/FEA simulations to support programs.
• Support HVAC and thermal system design, testing, and system integration.
• Track industry trends with global R&D to develop new products.
• Lead discussions with manufacturing, packaging, service, and supply chain teams.
• Develop technical documentation and product catalogs for existing and new products.
