You will act as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity and stay informed about technology and service options. Candidates should be bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Regular, punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment to connect products with customers’ lifestyles.
• Adhering to retail operational policies and procedures.
