Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Bilingual Team Lead in Indianapolis to oversee the anodize department. You will manage daily operations, schedule staff, ensure safety and quality, and lead continuous improvement efforts. Strong English/Spanish communication and prior manufacturing leadership are required.

The role demands hands-on supervision, adherence to OSHA/IOSHA standards, and coordination with leadership to meet production goals while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases).
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all anodize line employees.
• Create and communicate daily schedules.
• Maintain adequate manpower for the anodize department.
• Ensure processes are properly staffed and completed.
• Complete required production paperwork and reports.
• Submit rack requests before jobs are manufactured.
• Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate repairs and maintain equipment.
• Plan upcoming jobs and monitor KPIs.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide on-the-job training.
