Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal finishing.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of metal finishing processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of work.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics.
• Act as a point of contact for team members.
