Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Team Lead to coordinate production of all work orders and transfers at our Bethlehem, PA facility. Under the Production Supervisor, you will ensure work aligns with client specs, maintain UPH targets, and strive for efficiency with zero errors while meeting client demands.

Typical schedule is Monday–Thursday 10:30am–9:00pm (2nd shift). Compensation is $21.50 per hour, non-exempt, full-time with benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a production environment.
• 1 year in a lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of all work orders/transfers.
• Maintain UPH targets and exceed efficiency goals.
• Plan production in the area (Pick to Lite).
• Verify accuracy of produced and scanned products.
• Close work orders/transfers after production.
• Communicate issues to Production Supervisor.
• Maintain product flow with IC and dock.
• Ensure time sheets are accurate.
