Job summary

ID Logistics seeks a Team Lead to coordinate production of all work orders/transfers under the Production Supervisor. You will ensure work is produced to client specs, maintain UPH targets, and drive efficiency.

This full-time, non-exempt role is on the 2nd shift in Mount Carmel, PA, Monday–Thursday 10:30am–9:00pm, with bilingual English/Spanish required and a High School diploma plus production/lead experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in a production environment; lead experience a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of all work orders/transfers under supervision.
• Ensure work meets client specifications with minimal errors.
• Drive efficiency targets (UPH) and throughput to satisfy client needs.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Team Lead is responsible for coordinating the production of all work orders/transfers. The Lead is responsible for ensuring the work is produced correctly to the specs of the Client. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard UPH (UPH per hour) and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands, accurately with no errors.

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 10:30am – 9:00pm (2nd shift)

Compensation:

$21.50

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience working in a production environment (Pick to Lite a Plus)
• 1 Year in a Lead capacity
