Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong verbal and written skills.
• At least 1 year of tax preparation experience in the U.S., handling personal and small business returns.
• Active PTIN for IRS compliance and credibility.
• Proficiency in tax software, digital filing systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts in simple terms.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional tax/financial planning certs are a plus.
