Bar-S Foods, a Sigma Company, seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead end-to-end recruiting and onboarding for our Altus, OK plant. You will own postings, screen and interview candidates, and drive a smooth candidate experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

As part of the Talent & Culture team, you will manage the ATS, coordinate pre-employment steps, and support new hire orientation. This role requires strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with SAP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years HR/Recruiting experience required.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Experience with SAP HR systems.
• Previous ATS experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own job postings and recruitment advertising across multiple roles for Bar-S Foods plant in Altus, OK.
• Screen, interview, and help select top talent for open positions.
• Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accuracy and urgency.
• Coordinate and administer pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screens, and job-simulation endurance testing.
• Assist with facilitation of New Hire Orientation, setting employees up for success from day one.
• Process and maintain employment documentation, including I-9s and employment verifications.
• Enroll new hires into required systems and maintain employee security and access databases.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and local hiring events.
• Partner with the Human Capital team to support employee events and engagement initiatives.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on company policies, procedures, and workplace culture.

What Sets You Up for Success

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources/Recruiting experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working in SAP HR systems
• Previous ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Direct hiring and recruiting experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Office-based role with frequent sitting, standing, and walking throughout the facility
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with on-site endurance testing
