The position offers a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid telework and a starting monthly salary of $3,833 to $4,804, with a 3% PLP adjustment in effect until mid-2027.

Competenze

• Fluency in Spanish is required for the role.

• Ability to manage survey data and documentation using multiple systems.

Mansioni

• Enter survey renewal information into various systems and platforms.
• Field inquiries via multiple channels from facilities, patients, families, and other agencies.
• Process surveys for different health facilities and prepare cover letters and surveys.
• Scan, copy, redact, and mail documents to recipients.
• Set up licensed and unlicensed facility files in ELMS.
• Generate reports for Licensing and Certification (L&C) and other agencies.
• Enter and manage certification records in the ASPEN system.
