Job summary

RBM Building Services is seeking an onsite supervisor to manage daily operations and deliver quality cleaning services at client sites.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

This full-time role requires weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and offers benefits such as medical coverage and vacation time. Familiarity with cleaning products and safety practices is preferred.
