Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
• Train new cleaning staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate replenishment as necessary.
• Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and incidents.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
