Job summary

The UFC in Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled bilingual producer to execute production initiatives across cable/network TV shows, original programming, and UFC Fight Pass content. You will handle live and long-form projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with editors, directors, and cross-functional teams.

You must have 5+ years in studio or remote production, be proficient in HD workflows and major editing software, and communicate in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience producing in studio or remote environments.
• Demonstrable experience creating and producing compelling programming for all media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in HD workflows and major editing software (Premiere, Avid, Final Cut, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Bilingual in Spanish/English, able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Line producer for UFC studio initiatives, live and taped programming.
• Produce long-form content including documentaries and series for linear networks and UFC Fight Pass.
• Create short-form promotional spots and trailers across media platforms.
• Develop show formats, write scripts for openings and promos, and pitch new concepts.
• Lead multiple projects from concept to delivery, managing budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, editors, and cross-department teams.
