Job summary

UFC in Las Vegas is seeking a producer to join our Emmy Award-winning production team. The role encompasses long-form podcast production, field work, and post-production for YouTube and partner platforms, with creative input and leadership across projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years producing for major media brands, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to guide editors and crews under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Radio/TV/Film, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Experience with audio/video capture hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Functions as studio producer for long-form podcast productions.
• Functions as field producer for media gathering across projects.
• Functions as post producer for long-form programming and digital content distribution.
• Produces short-form content, including promotional spots/trailers and sizzle reels.
• Writes voice-over narration scripts for long-form and short-form content.
• Directs talent and conducts interviews with fighters, coaches, and trainers.
• Collaborates with cinematographers, editors and producers; manages budgets and schedules.
