Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of experience with at-risk youth or student support services.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Coordinate student intake, enrollment, assessments, surveys, and career exploration activities.
• Develop and monitor individualized Personal Learning Plans with families and school staff.
• Build supportive relationships to promote academic success, attendance, and engagement.
• Provide mentoring, social-emotional support and life skills development.
• Advocate for equitable access to educational opportunities and support services.
• Translate and interpret for students and families as needed and maintain confidential records.
