Kelloggsville Public Schools Kelloggsville High School in Grand Rapids, Michigan seeks a 1.0 FTE Bilingual Student Services Coordinator to support student success and behavior management. The role is full-time, 8 hours daily, 40 hours weekly, starting immediately for the 2026-27 school year.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have 60 college credits or an Associate degree preferred, and be fluent in English and another language.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• 60 credit hours at an accredited college or an Associates Degree preferred.
• Experience working with students preferred.
• Fluency in English and a second language is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage student behavior while maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Demonstrate high-level communication and reinforce behavior expectations with students.
• Display excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Build positive relationships with students to enhance school and classroom atmosphere.
• Assist with providing feedback and monitor the classroom when students are working.
• Relate and work effectively with parents, staff, students, and the public in a multicultural and multiracial community.
