Rent-A-Center in Hyde Park, PA is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead daily sales, supervise staff, and ensure smooth operations. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, managing accounts, and upholding company procedures while training and developing coworkers.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in retail or management, hold a valid driver's license, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

3-5 years of retail/management experience.
Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training.
Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Sales: Set daily and weekly goals related to the store's sales activities, oversee coworker sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth.
Account Management: Oversee collection activities, follow-up on accounts requiring manager interventions, approve commitments and train staff to ensure compliance.
Leadership: Manage profits, protect assets, oversee inventory, pricing, cash handling, store security, and resolve problems quickly.
Coworker Management: Train and develop coworkers, schedule daily activities, recruit and hire, maximize retention and reduce turnover.
