Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals related to the store's sales activities, oversee coworker sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collection activities, follow-up on accounts requiring manager interventions, approve commitments and train staff to ensure compliance.
• Leadership: Manage profits, protect assets, oversee inventory, pricing, cash handling, store security, and resolve problems quickly.
• Coworker Management: Train and develop coworkers, schedule daily activities, recruit and hire, maximize retention and reduce turnover.
