A day in the life of a Store Manager in Training:

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals related to the store's sales activities, oversee and direct coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor results for revenue and growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collection activities, follow-up on accounts needing manager intervention, approve customer commitments, and provide leadership and training to ensure compliance with procedures for collections.
• Leadership: Manage store resources to achieve profit goals, ensure policy compliance, protect assets through expense management, oversee inventory, product ordering, pricing, cash handling, store security, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coworker Management: Train and develop coworkers, organize daily activities, recruit and hire staff, maximize retention, and manage customer service excellence.

What are the minimum requirements?

• 3 -- 5 years of retail/management experience
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training
• Proficiency in store operation applications
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
