Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to lead sales of devices and plans in a high-traffic setting. You will drive performance against benchmarks, mentor new staff, and ensure accurate paperwork and inventory controls.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail sales or management, with preference for Spanish-speaking candidates. This is an in-person position with standard daytime shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and management is preferred.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidelines.
