Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high-quality sales that meet and exceed benchmarks. You will drive sales of handsets, plans, features, and accessories, following company guidance and management benchmarks.

The role requires standing for long periods, reliability, and the ability to work 4 days/30 hours per week. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; in-person work at our El Paso location is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Willing to work 4 days/30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance and benchmarks.
• Practice behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics as indicated by management.
• Serve as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Master all required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, etc.).
• Review sales paperwork for discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash depositing procedures and accept responsibility for deficiencies caused by error or negligence.
• Protect and maintain company assets.
• Open/close store with accurate checklists and zero errors.
• Notify supervisors immediately of inventory deficiencies.
• Maintain store appearance and complete training on schedule.
• Follow company policies and document time and attendance accurately.
• Adhere to scheduled time off with proper notice.
