Job summary

Accurate Personnel, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to understand client needs and recruit a strong candidate pipeline in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities and 1–2 years in staffing are preferred.

Salary is $23/hour with weekly pay, plus bonus earning potential. Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits are offered. Hours are daytime, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with occasional overtime, on-site in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Ideally 1–2 years of staffing industry experience.
• Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy.
• Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recruit a pipeline to fill those needs.
• Educate and sell candidates on open positions.
• Thoroughly screen clients to fill positions with specific requirements.
• Document interactions with clients and employees.
• Willingness to perform client visits and job fairs as needed.
• Interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool according to Accurate Personnel policy.
