Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for a large manufacturing facility in Largo, FL. This on-site, full-time role supports client and associates, coordinates workforce issues, and helps ensure service levels are met.

The position requires excellent communication, data handling, and the ability to work across teams. You will conduct new hire orientations, manage onboarding documents, run reports in CRM and Power BI, monitor payroll, and assist with safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Customer service experience with client communication.
• Data management experience.
• HR experience is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and promptly.
• Coordinates resolution of all workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges (CRM, Power BI, timekeeping).
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents safety incidents.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
