Pediatric Developmental Services is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in the Bastrop, TX area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers structured, team-focused collaboration with a supervising SLP and supportive clinicians.

You will provide direct therapy services, document progress, and assist with IEP goals, while enjoying a consistent school schedule and professional development resources.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
• Active Texas SLPA license (or ability to obtain).
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services under supervising SLP.
• Support students in articulation, language, and social communication.
• Accurately document sessions and track student progress.
