Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a structured school setting. You will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to deliver therapy services and gain hands-on experience within a collaborative clinical and administrative team.

This role offers a consistent school schedule, holidays aligned with the academic calendar, strong supervision, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
• Active SLPA license.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services following plans created by the supervising SLP.
• Support students in articulation, expressive/receptive language, and social communication.
• Accurately document sessions and track student progress.
• Assist with implementing IEP goals and classroom carryover strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and supervising SLPs to support student outcomes.
